Why was my application rejected?
Your application could have been rejected due to multiple reasons: low traffic, obscene or irrelevant content which could damage the overall image of the company. If you website is still being developed, please, apply when it’s in full operation.

What payment methods do you support?
We can pay you through OroPay, Neteller, Skrill, Webmoney, EcoPayz and a bank transfer. Other payment methods are coming soon.
For the affiliates from China we offer China Bank Transfer.
What currency do you use for payments??
You can have your wallets in any currency you want but we issue all our payments in EUR. We’ll convert your payment if there is a need, there is no fee but do be aware of the difference in the exchange rates.
When will I receive the money I’ve earned?
We start processing last month’s payments starting from the 15th day of the next month.
Go to your account and check your payment report. If the status of your payment is pending, your payment hasn’t been processed. If it’s paid, you’ll get your money within 5 working days.
What happens if my account shows a negative carryover?
If your balance is negative, you’ll have to wait for your customers to bring you to a positive net revenue, so that we can pay your commission.
How often do you update the account statistics?
We update the account statistics once a day at 6:00 GMT. So while checking your account, please keep that in mind.

How can I get banners and text links?
If you want to add a banner:
Just log into your affiliate account, go to My Sites, press the Add new site button, fill in the fields with the required information, press Save. Then select the language of the banner and its dimension. Fill in the required fields and choose where you would like your banner to redirect the user. In the redirect url drop down menu choose home page, registration page, landing page or insert your custom URL. Tick the Select Banner field. Click on the Save. To the right you’ll find the banner code for your site.
If you want to add a text link:
Just log into your affiliate account, go to My Sites, press the Add new site button, fill in the fields with the required information, press Save. At the very top of the page you will find the Add text link button. Press it, fill in the required fields and choose where you would like your text link to redirect the user. In the redirect url drop down menu choose home page, registration page, landing page or insert your custom url. Tick the Select Banner field. Press Save. Just like that your link is ready!
How can I get an XML-feed?
Simply contact your account manager and provide the following information:
  1. Create a Tracking URL:
    • Click on the Affiliate Site for which you want to add the tracking
    • At the top press "Text Link"
    • Fill in "Group Name", "Description" and choose Redirect URL - then select Banner ID = 1
    • Click "Save”
  2. IP-addresses for whitelisting
  3. What site language it should lead to?
  4. Including all markets or only specific markets?
  5. Live or Pre-Match, or both?
  6. What odds type do you need (fractional or decimal)?
  7. Including any specific sports or all sports?
Can I request special sizes of banners?
Yes, but due to the limited designer resources we deal with your requests on a one-by-one basis. The creation of your banner might take some time.
What if I have more than one website?
You can track the performance of each website individually within the same affiliate account.

Yes, you can but only if you got it through your affiliate manager.
